The Hospice of the Red River Valley’s redesigned website offers support to families during their most emotional moments.
Yesenia and the HRRV communications director worked together to create a supportive, guiding and informative experience for the families of potential hospice patients. The navigation and layouts are targeted to specific audiences, and organized to offer the most relevant information as quickly and easily as possible.
Since the launch, HRRV.org has received more engaged search engine visitors (bounce rate, time on site). HRRV’s advertising campaigns are also more successful, as the Patient landing page is a more effective introduction to the organization.
